Part two of Severson Dells’ Botany and Brew series will look at everyone’s favorite fermented beverage–kombucha!

Join me as I talk about the history of kombucha, how it is made, why it is good for your gut, and some tips if you want to brew your own! Your ticket includes all education as well as a sampling of a variety of kombucha flavors! Kits to brew your own at home will be available for purchase after the event! Event takes place at Severson Dells, $12 members / $15 general admission
